Force Technology Solutions, LLC (“Force Tech” or “Sponsor”) may periodically conduct promotional
giveaways, including giveaways for event tickets, merchandise, experiences, or other prizes.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific giveaway announcement, the following terms apply:
Eligibility

Giveaways are open only to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time
of entry.

Employees, officers, and immediate family members of Force Tech, as well as individuals directly involved in
administering the giveaway, are not eligible to participate.

Void where prohibited or restricted by law.


Entry
Entry instructions, entry periods, and any additional eligibility requirements will be identified in the
applicable giveaway announcement.

No purchase or payment is required to enter or win.

Only entries received during the stated giveaway period and submitted in accordance with the applicable
instructions will be eligible.

Force Tech reserves the right to disqualify entries that are incomplete, fraudulent, automated, duplicated,
submitted through unauthorized methods, or otherwise inconsistent with the spirit or requirements of the
promotion.


Winner Selection
Unless otherwise stated, winners will be selected at random from eligible entries received during the
applicable giveaway period.

Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

Potential winners may be required to verify eligibility and provide information reasonably necessary for
delivery or transfer of the prize.

If a selected winner cannot be contacted, does not respond within the timeframe specified by Force Tech, is
determined to be ineligible, or is otherwise unable to accept the prize, Force Tech may select an alternate
winner.


Prizes
Prize descriptions and approximate values will be identified in the applicable giveaway announcement.
Prizes have no cash value unless expressly stated otherwise and may not be exchanged, substituted,
transferred, or redeemed for cash by the winner.

Force Tech reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes
unavailable for reasons outside Force Tech’s reasonable control.

Winners are solely responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes, fees, transportation, parking,
accommodations, meals, or other expenses associated with accepting or using a prize unless specifically
stated otherwise.


Event Tickets
When a prize includes tickets to a sporting event, concert, performance, or other third-party event, Force
Tech does not control and is not responsible for event cancellations, postponements, schedule changes,
venue policies, ticket restrictions, performer or participant changes, weather conditions, or other
circumstances outside Force Tech’s control.

Tickets are subject to all rules, restrictions, terms, and conditions established by the applicable venue, team,
league, promoter, ticket provider, or event organizer.

Force Tech does not guarantee admission if a winner fails to comply with those requirements.


Release of Liability
By entering or accepting a prize, participants agree, to the fullest extent permitted by law, to release and
hold harmless Force Tech and its officers, employees, representatives, affiliates, and agents from claims,
damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in the giveaway or the acceptance, possession, use,
or misuse of any prize.

Nothing in these rules excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.


Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Force Tech to identify the
winner by name and, when voluntarily provided or separately authorized, use photographs or other
promotional materials relating to the giveaway without additional compensation.


Third-Party Disclaimer
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Force Tech giveaways are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or
associated with any professional sports team, league, venue, performer, event organizer, social media
platform, ticketing provider, or other third party whose products, trademarks, events, or services may be
referenced in connection with a prize.

All trademarks and names are the property of their respective owners.


Social Media Giveaways
If a giveaway is promoted or administered through Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, or another
social media platform, participants acknowledge that the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed,
administered by, or associated with that platform.

Participants release the applicable social media platform from responsibility relating to the promotion to
the extent permitted by applicable law.


Modification or Cancellation
Force Tech reserves the right to modify, suspend, cancel, or terminate a giveaway if fraud, technical
problems, event cancellation, circumstances beyond Force Tech’s reasonable control, or other conditions
materially affect the fairness, integrity, or administration of the promotion.


Force Tech also reserves the right to interpret and enforce these rules and to resolve disputes concerning
eligibility, entries, winner selection, and prize administration.


Acceptance of Rules
Participation in a Force Tech giveaway constitutes acceptance of these Official Rules and any additional
terms included with the specific giveaway announcement.
