Greenfield, IN - January 8, 2026 - Founded in 1985 in Niles, Michigan, by Ken and Pam Kuespert, TPC Technologies represents nearly four decades of steady, intentional growth built on hard work, technical excellence, and long-term relationships. From the very beginning, Ken and Pam took a disciplined approach: do the work right, take care of customers, and invest in employees. That mindset shaped the company’s reputation and long-term success.

Whether supporting concerts, conferences, classrooms, sanctuaries, or community events, their work has consistently reflected craftsmanship, preparation, and deep technical knowledge. Their portfolio includes large-scale systems for the Mendel Center, installations for organizations like Whirlpool and the Four Winds Casinos, and countless live productions throughout the region. Many in Michigan’s Great Southwest have experienced TPC’s work without ever realizing it, including the long-running “Lights on Bell
Road” holiday show and other beloved community events.
Pam helped guide the company through decades of change, keeping it grounded and people-first while technology evolved. Together, she and Ken also built a team that now brings over four decades of experience to every project. The TPC team is known for its professionalism, reliability, and pride in doing things the right way.
That philosophy mirrors how Force Tech has grown and continues to operate. Like TPC, Force Tech values long-term relationships, local commitment, and a focus on doing excellent work with integrity.
