Project Overview & Goals
Force Tech partnered with Traders Point Christian Church to design and integrate a centralized production and monitoring environment built around the demands of a large multi-campus broadcast operation.
The project brought together three mission-critical broadcast control rooms, large-format monitoring environments, LED display systems, and centralized KVM control. The goal was to give production teams better visibility across critical systems while making it easier to access, monitor, and manage the technology behind live productions.

Project Goals Include:
A Clear View of Every Production
At the center of the project are three broadcast control rooms designed to give operators the information and tools they need during live productions. Large-format multi-view monitoring environments provide clear visibility across critical video sources and system information, helping production teams maintain situational awareness throughout a service or broadcast.
Two 16' × 9' LED display systems provide expansive monitoring surfaces capable of presenting multiple sources simultaneously. Rather than relying on individual displays scattered throughout the environment, operators can see the information most important to their workflow in a centralized visual workspace.
Centralized Access and Control
A 20+ endpoint KVM system gives production teams another layer of flexibility by allowing operators to access and manage multiple connected systems from centralized workstations.
For a complex broadcast environment, that means operators can work across critical production technology without needing direct physical access to every individual device. Combined with the multi-view monitoring environments, the KVM system helps simplify day-to-day operation while keeping important systems and information within reach.
Built for Mission-Critical Operations
Live production leaves little room for interruption. The completed environment was designed around reliability, continuous operation, and the ability to make decisions quickly when a production is underway.
By bringing monitoring, source management, system access, and operational control together, Force Tech created an environment that gives the Traders Point production team greater visibility across its technology while maintaining the flexibility and redundancy required for complex live workflows.
Results
Traders Point Christian Church now has a centralized production environment built to support the scale and complexity of its multi-campus broadcast operation. Three broadcast control rooms, two 16' × 9' LED display systems, multi-view monitoring, and a 20+ endpoint KVM system give operators the visibility and access needed to manage critical systems in real time.
The completed infrastructure provides a scalable foundation for ongoing broadcast and production needs while helping the team maintain the reliability, situational awareness, and operational consistency required during live productions.
