About the Organization
Speedway Moose Lodge 500 is a local gathering place serving members and the surrounding Speedway community through a full calendar of social activities and events. The Lodge regularly hosts bingo, karaoke, live music, meetings, dining, and other member and community gatherings.

Bingo is a particularly important part of the Lodge's weekly schedule, with games held multiple times throughout the week. With activities taking place across multiple areas of the facility, clear and dependable audio plays an important role in keeping guests connected and informed.

Project Goals Include:
Speedway Moose Lodge needed to improve audio coverage throughout its facility, particularly during its regularly scheduled bingo events. Attendees were having difficulty clearly hearing bingo calls in portions of the space, creating a need for more consistent coverage across the areas used during events.

The existing system had also evolved through years of additions and modifications. Cabling had become tangled and pieced together over time, making changes and troubleshooting increasingly difficult.

Force Tech upgraded the Lodge's audio infrastructure with a new distributed loudspeaker system designed to provide consistent coverage across three separate audio zones. The completed system includes 46 ceiling speakers serving the main event space, kids room, and office.

A Q-SYS Core 8 Flex DSP and 7-inch touch panel provide centralized audio processing, routing, and control, while QSC amplification powers the loudspeaker system. Force Tech also integrated the Lodge's existing wireless microphone equipment into the new system and installed a dedicated equipment rack to create a cleaner, more organized foundation for the technology.
CLEAR AUDIO ACROSS EVERY SPACE
For Speedway Moose Lodge, the effectiveness of the new system came down to something simple: making sure guests could hear.

During bingo events, calls need to reach attendees clearly whether they are seated in the main event space or participating from another area of the Lodge. Force Tech designed the new distributed audio system around that need, using 46 ceiling speakers and three independently managed zones to provide more consistent coverage throughout the facility.

The new Q-SYS control platform also simplified what was happening behind the scenes. Rather than relying on an increasingly complicated collection of equipment and cabling, the Lodge now has centralized processing and intuitive touchscreen control supported by a cleaner, more organized equipment infrastructure.
Results
The completed audio system gives Speedway Moose Lodge clearer and more consistent sound throughout the spaces used for bingo and other events. Guests can more easily hear calls and announcements across multiple areas, creating a better experience for both attendees and staff.

Behind the scenes, the upgraded infrastructure provides a cleaner and more manageable system that is easier to operate, troubleshoot, and modify as the Lodge's needs evolve.
