About the Organization
French Lick Resort Casino is one of Indiana’s most recognized hospitality and gaming destinations. Located in the historic town of French Lick, the resort attracts visitors from across the Midwest with luxury accommodations, gaming, dining, entertainment, and event spaces. The casino features over 1,000 slot machines, dozens of live-dealer table games, and a modern sportsbook designed to deliver an immersive sports wagering experience.
As legalized sports betting expanded throughout Indiana, French Lick sought to create a sportsbook environment capable of delivering real-time sports content, flexible display management, and an engaging guest experience. The project represented one of the earliest sportsbook deployments in the state, creating an opportunity to establish a new standard for sports entertainment within the gaming industry.

Project Overview & Goals
French Lick Resort Casino partnered with Force Tech to design and deploy the audiovisual infrastructure supporting its new 3,000-square-foot sportsbook. The venue required a solution capable of distributing multiple live sports feeds across a wide range of display types while maintaining extremely low latency and providing operators with simple control over content routing and presentation.
Because sportsbook patrons rely on real-time information to make wagering decisions, system responsiveness and reliability were critical considerations throughout the design process. The casino also wanted a scalable platform capable of supporting future technologies and operational growth.

Project Goals Include:
ENGINEERING THE SOLUTION
Delivering a sportsbook experience requires more than simply displaying live games. Every screen, audio zone, and content source must work together seamlessly while maintaining minimal delay between incoming broadcasts and on-screen presentation. Force Tech designed a comprehensive AV-over-IP infrastructure built around Visionary Solutions technology to meet those demands.
The installation included approximately 30 Visionary Solutions Duet encoders supporting incoming sports content feeds and 40 Duet decoders driving displays throughout the sportsbook. An Analog Way Aquilon processor powers two large LED video walls, making the project one of the earliest Analog Way Aquilon sportsbook deployments in the United States.
To support flexible audio routing, Dante-enabled audio streams were integrated with a QSC Q-SYS Core 510i processor, allowing audio to be managed independently from video content. A Crestron PRO3 control system and multiple touchscreen interfaces provide operators with simple, centralized control over channel selection, routing, and display layouts.
Although most sports content was delivered in HD formats at the time, Force Tech engineered the system around a 4K workflow to ensure long-term scalability and readiness for future broadcast standards.
Results
The completed sportsbook provides French Lick Resort Casino with a modern, highly responsive content distribution platform capable of supporting the demands of live sports wagering and guest entertainment. Low-latency AV-over-IP technology allows patrons to receive up-to-date game information in real time, while operators can quickly adjust content layouts and routing throughout the facility.
The success of the sportsbook deployment led to additional implementation of similar technologies within the resort, including a sports bar environment in the adjacent hotel. The project demonstrated the flexibility of the platform while reinforcing Force Tech’s ability to deliver reliable, future-ready technology solutions for high-profile hospitality and entertainment venues.
As one of Indiana’s earliest sportsbook installations, the project helped establish French Lick Resort Casino as a leader in sports entertainment while providing a technology foundation designed to support future growth.
