About the Organization
Four Winds Field is home to the South Bend Cubs, the High-A affiliate of the Chicago Cubs, and serves as a major destination for sports, entertainment, and community events throughout northern Indiana. Originally opened in 1987 and continually modernized over the years, the stadium hosts thousands of fans throughout the baseball season while also supporting concerts, corporate events, festivals, and public gatherings year-round.
As one of the region’s most recognized entertainment venues, Four Winds Field places a strong emphasis on fan experience, operational reliability, and modern game-day presentation. The facility combines professional baseball operations with hospitality environments, premium suites, sponsor activations, and live event infrastructure designed to create an engaging experience for guests at every level of the venue.

Project Goals Include:
Force Tech partnered with Four Winds Field to deliver a fully integrated audiovisual and broadcast system designed to modernize the stadium experience while supporting professional game-day operations and live event production. The project focused on improving audio clarity throughout the ballpark, expanding broadcast presentation capabilities, and enhancing premium hospitality spaces with integrated AV technology.
The organization required systems capable of supporting high-energy sports environments while remaining flexible enough for community events, sponsor programming, and year-round venue use.
BUILT FOR THE MODERN FAN EXPERIENCE
Sports and entertainment venues require technology systems capable of delivering fast-paced content, clear communication, and dependable performance during live events. Force Tech designed and integrated a stadium-wide public address system engineered to provide powerful, intelligible audio coverage across the ballpark while maintaining clarity in a high-energy crowd environment.
The project also included broadcast video infrastructure supporting live in-game presentation, replay, real-time graphics, and dynamic content distribution across stadium display systems. Premium suite environments were equipped with integrated AV systems featuring seamless video distribution and intuitive control interfaces designed to enhance hospitality experiences for guests, sponsors, and corporate partners.
By combining audio, broadcast, and premium hospitality technologies into a unified infrastructure, Force Tech helped create a more engaging and operationally efficient venue environment capable of supporting both professional sports production and community-focused events.
Results
The completed project positioned Four Winds Field as a modern sports and entertainment venue equipped to support professional baseball operations, live broadcasts, sponsor-driven content, and elevated fan experiences. Improved stadium audio coverage enhanced communication and in-game engagement throughout the ballpark, while upgraded broadcast infrastructure provided greater flexibility for live production and real-time event presentation.
Premium suite AV upgrades delivered a more seamless hospitality experience for guests and sponsors while simplifying system operation for venue staff and event personnel. The integrated infrastructure also provides the flexibility needed to support future technology expansion as the venue continues evolving its game-day and entertainment experiences.
