About the Organization
Fort Wayne FC has quickly established itself as one of the region’s most recognizable soccer organizations, creating a strong following and helping expand the presence of high-level soccer in northeast Indiana. The club has continued investing in both the fan experience and the long-term growth of the organization, turning Ruoff Mortgage Stadium into a destination for sports, entertainment, and community events.
Beyond hosting soccer matches, the venue supports concerts, community gatherings, sponsor events, and live productions throughout the year. As attendance and expectations continued growing, the organization saw an opportunity to modernize the stadium experience with upgraded production technology and large-scale display systems capable of matching the energy of the environment on matchday.

Project Goals Include:
Force Tech partnered with Fort Wayne FC to help transform the venue into a more immersive and production-focused sports environment centered around one of the region’s largest LED videoboards measuring 120’ x 35’. The project included upgraded stadium audio, broadcast infrastructure, and integrated AV systems designed to support both live soccer production and large public events.
The club wanted technology that could elevate the fan experience while remaining flexible enough for future expansion, sponsor content, and year-round venue use.
BUILDING A MODERN MATCHDAY EXPERIENCE
Designing technology for outdoor sports venues requires balancing visibility, audio performance, operational simplicity, and reliability under constantly changing conditions. The centerpiece of the project was a 120’ x 35’ LED videoboard designed to deliver high-impact visuals for live gameplay, sponsor content, instant replay, and event presentation.
Force Tech also upgraded the stadium audio system to provide more consistent coverage throughout the venue while supporting announcements, music playback, and live event content. Broadcast infrastructure and integrated AV systems were designed to support live production workflows while remaining manageable for stadium staff during fast-paced event operations.
The result was a connected production environment that gives Fort Wayne FC the ability to deliver a more professional and engaging experience for fans, sponsors, and community events alike.
Results
The completed project helped position Ruoff Mortgage Stadium as one of the Midwest’s more unique soccer and entertainment venues with technology designed to support professional-level production and fan engagement. The addition of the large-scale videoboard immediately changed the visual experience inside the stadium, creating new opportunities for live content, sponsorship activation, and in-game presentation.
Improved audio and production infrastructure also gave the organization more flexibility for future events while simplifying operational workflows behind the scenes. Today, the venue supports soccer matches, public events, and live entertainment with technology built to keep pace with the continued growth of both the club and the surrounding community.
